Safe Environment compliance 2025

  • Download PDF Version available for use with email and print distribution.

To:  Pastors, principals, parish administrators, business managers, school business managers and Safe Environment coordinators
From: Jenni Weldin, director of Safe Environment, Office of Human Resources

During the on-site audit of the Office of Child and Youth Protection our office was asked by the consulting firm hired by the USCCB to collect a compliance document from each location each year.

Please fill out the attached document and have your pastor sign the document.  Electronic signatures are not accepted.

The compliance document must be returned to the Office of Child and Youth Protection by June 30, 2025.

A scanned copy can be emailed to ocyp@archatl.com.

Thank you for continuing to partner with us in keeping all our children and vulnerable individuals safe.
