The revised Priests Salary Schedule 26-27 begins July 1, 2026, and reflects a 4.0 percent increase.
The food allowance (FA) is increasing based upon the cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) of 2.8 percent. The FA will increase to $1,216 per month. The increase is added to all priests pay who receive food allowance unless the pastor requests a change to Galina Martin, payroll specialist, at gmartin@archatl.com or 404-920- 7392.
Regarding the 403B match, effective January 1, 2026, priests enrolled in the plan and wishing to change their contributions must complete the attached Empower Form and return it to gmartin@archatl.com. Changes to individual 403B contributions cannot be made without the completed form.
If an eligible priest is not yet enrolled in our 403B plan, they may contact Fay Duhe at fduhe@archatl.com for assistance.
Other items related to the Remuneration Policy (diocesan and extern priests, religious order priests, married priests, etc.) will be provided by the Office of Finance.
