Invitation to annual Mass for deceased clergy

The bishops of the Archdiocese of Atlanta will celebrate the annual memorial Mass for deceased bishops, priests and deacons at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3, at Arlington Memorial Park, in the new Saint John Vianney burial area. 

As a priest or deacon serving in this archdiocese, you are invited to participate. All priests and deacons are also invited to lunch at the nearby Saint Jude the Apostle parish, immediately following the Mass. 

If you are able to participate in the Mass and/or lunch, kindly RSVP to Grace Pasden at gpasden@judeatl.com or 770-394-3896, ext. 236 before Wednesday, October 29. 

Arlington Memorial Park is located at 201 Mount Vernon Highway, Atlanta, Georgia 30328. Saint Jude is located at 705 Spalding Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328. 


We also request that you include the following bulletin/announcement at your parish:  

The Archbishop and Bishops of the Archdiocese of Atlanta invite you to join them at the annual Memorial Mass for deceased bishops, priests and deacons at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3, at Arlington Memorial Park in Atlanta. Please consider attending this special Mass to pray for the souls of our deceased clergy – some of whom may have served us here at our own parish.
