Saint Catherine Labouré Catholic Church in Jefferson is seeking a part-time organist and director of sacred music for English-language liturgies. Reporting to the pastor, this position works closely with the pastor and other musicians to implement a sacred music program in accordance with Catholic tradition. Responsibilities include serving as an organist for all English-language weekend Masses (Sundays at 10 a.m. and potentially Saturday at 4 p.m.) and Masses for holy days of obligation, the Triduum, confirmation and first Communion; as well as programming music and scheduling cantors/organists for liturgies. Additional responsibilities include cantoring for weddings and funerals and maintaining a repertoire of instrumental organ music for preludes, postludes and communion. Ideal candidates demonstrate proficiency in liturgical theology, Church guidelines on sacred music and Catholic musical traditions, including hymnody and plainchant. Must have strong communication skills, respectfulness and prior experience in Catholic sacred music. Experience as an organist, music director, cantor or student is essential. Saint Pius X Catholic High School in Atlanta is seeking a varsity catching coach—paid community coach. This opportunity starts January 19, 2026, and runs through the season’s end in May. Practice and game obligations are six days a week, but flexibility that can be discussed. This position manages our catchers on a daily basis, constructs their practice routine and assists in personal development. An understanding of baseball technology is preferred. Attendance is ideal for team building, service projects and summer camp. Being Catholic is preferred but not mandatory. The hours for this position are 3 – 6 p.m.; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 2-6 p.m. on Wednesdays. Additional hours may be required on occasion.
