Upcoming events at Ignatius House as of July 7, 2025

A Liberating Spirit: Two- or Three- Night Ignatian Retreat
July 31 – August 3
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs
Directed by Gail Henderson-Belsito and Fr. Bill Noe, SJ

Join us for a retreat celebrating the Feast of St. Ignatius. From the beginning, the Spirit of God has shown itself to be liberating. When he began his ministry, Jesus proclaimed that the spirit of God who led the people of Israel out of slavery was upon him, to continue the work of liberation in his time. Through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, the spirit continues its work in the one who makes them and draws them into the same liberating work in their time. This retreat offers two options: a three-night or two-night experience. Come away for a time of prayer, silence and spacious reflection—and celebrate the life and legacy of St. Ignatius with us. This is a silent retreat.

Individually Directed Retreat: Choose 3, 4, or 5 Night
August 3-8,
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs
Directed by the spiritual directors of Ignatius House

Break away for three, four or five nights on an individually directed, silent retreat. Meet daily with a spiritual director, spend time in solitude with daily prayer suggestions for you and choose to participate in daily liturgy. This holy call to go deeper offers a profound experience, whether you are seeking a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, making a significant decision or simply responding to the Holy Spirit calling you.

Art Retreat: Mosaic Moments in the Gospels
August 8-10
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs, GA
Directed by Patti Hunter, MA, MACM

Join retreat director Patti Hunter, MA, MACM, for a unique, semi-silent weekend that blends art, scripture and prayer. Inspired by the sacred mosaics of Europe, you’ll reflect on gospel moments that speak to your heart while creating a mosaic of your own. No art experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to listen for the quiet stirrings of the Spirit. This is a semi-silent retreat.

To register, visit our website at ignatiushouse.org/calendar/ or call 404-255-0503.
