Upcoming events at Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center as of May 19, 2025

Five-Night Individually Directed Silent Retreat
June 5-10
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs

Get your summer off to a great start with a silent retreat directed by a spiritual director chosen just for you.
This retreat is for anyone looking for a fresh direction in their faith journey. Your spiritual director will work with you to understand your needs and map out a program to help you encounter God in new ways. Meet daily with a spiritual director, spend time in solitude with daily prayer suggestions selected for you and participate in daily liturgy, if you choose. This holy call to go deeper offers a profound experience, whether you are seeking a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, making a significant decision or simply responding to the Holy Spirit calling you.

To register, visit our website at ignatiushouse.org/calendar/ or call 404-255-0503.

Recovery Retreat for Those in a 12-Step Program
June 13-15
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs
Directed by Ted Benning and Fr. Jim Fleming, SJ

Come to rest and renew your heart, mind, body and soul on a silent, guided weekend retreat at Ignatius House. Embrace the peace and beauty of our surroundings, designed to nurture your serenity, help you slow down, listen deeply, rest and pray. Throughout this weekend, you will spend time with the God of your understanding alongside others who are ‘trudging the road of happy destiny.’ The retreat offers a series of reflections that draw on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius and their connection to the spiritual journey of 12-Step recovery. Together, we will explore prayers from the Big Book, including the Serenity Prayer, the 3rd Step Prayer, the 7th Step Prayer, the Prayer for Peace (11th Step) and the 12th Step Prayer. This is a silent retreat.

To register, visit our website at ignatiushouse.org/calendar/ or call 404-255-0503.

Men’s Retreat: Finding Clarity Through Discernment (Semi-Silent)
June 27-29
Ignatius House Jesuit Retreat Center, Sandy Springs
Directed by Fr. Jim Fleming, SJ

Step away from the noise of daily life and enter a weekend of quiet reflection, prayer and spiritual renewal during this semi-silent retreat for men. Rooted in the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the retreat offers practical tools for discernment, helping participants recognize where God is present and how he may be inviting them to grow. Led by Fr. Fleming, the retreat includes engaging talks on the Discernment of Spirits, guided prayer practices such as the Examen and imaginative prayer, breathing meditation and time for personal reflection. Opportunities for one-on-one spiritual direction and the sacraments of reconciliation and Eucharist are also available. This retreat offers a valuable space for men seeking clarity, a renewed sense of direction and a deeper relationship with God.

To register, visit our website at ignatiushouse.org/calendar/ or call 404-255-0503.
