To: Priests and deacons
From: Fr. Pedro Poloche, director, Ongoing Formation of Priests

Priests and deacons,

Registration is open for our next Clergy Study Day—“His Way at Work.” The event will take place on Thursday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Chancery. Our presenter will be Peter Freissle who is the founder of “His Way at Work,” a non-profit organization with a mission to create eternal value in workplaces around the world by “inspiring and empowering businesses to transform their cultures with God’s love” and helping them to understand the importance of being stewards of the business and caring for people in a way that honors God thereby generating “Eternal Return On Investment.”

Mr. Freissle is the CEO of Polydeck, the leading provider of modular screening solutions for the aggregate, coal and mining industries. With more than 400 employees in the U.S., Chile and Perú, he focuses on creating a culture of “caring” founded on the Christian core values of humility, kindness, honesty, integrity, respect and social responsibility.

He will share the story of how he went from being a CEO of a large company to also founding a non-profit to transform the workplace. The event will also include best practices to implement these values into the parish and ministry offices and help educate parishioners on how to impact their workplaces with a culture of caring.

To register, please email Amanda Hailey at ahailey@archatl.com or call 678-595-9181. We hope you can join us for this informative study day.
