Paylocity demo–New payroll review screens

To: Business managers and payroll administrators
From: Shannon Wiggins, HR system manager, Office of Human Resources

In early 2024, the Paylocity payroll process received a huge face lift, and rolled out the “reimagined payroll experience,” an aspect with which all business managers and payroll administrators should be familiar. On Feb. 24 of this year, two additional screens will be added to this process and titled “Payroll Review.”

Administrators will use the Payroll Review page to review pre-submit audit failures; determine necessary corrections and release audit holds. The system automatically runs the Payroll Audits and directs the user to the Payroll Audit page when a user submits payroll.

The Paylocity Learning and Development partners will host a webinar on this upcoming release that is exclusive to diocesan clients (Atlanta and other dioceses). There are three sessions hosted the week of Feb. 3, with a maximum participant count of 200 for each session. The sessions are scheduled for one hour, however the event will likely be 30 minutes or less.

Below, you will find the Dedicated Training Details—Please select the link for the session that works best for you. Due to the limited space, please plan to share a registration when possible. Please note these times are listed in CST.

Webinars will be recorded and made available for those not able to attend.

For anyone who is unable to attend a session there will be another chance to attend a live webinar the week prior to its release with all Paylocity clients.

As a quick glance you will find screenshots of the two screens being released attached.
