We also want to invite you to the upcoming Legacy Lunch & Learn: Estate Tax Planning Post-Election on November 13 at the Chancery in Smyrna. Hosted by the Catholic Foundation and the St. Thomas More Society, our speaker will be Nick Djuric. Nick, a trust and estate law attorney, will present “Estate Tax Planning Post-Election,” addressing transfer tax reforms ending with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) of 2017, current gift and estate tax planning techniques, and how the 2024 presidential election will affect planning for the possible sunset of the TCJA after 2025. This information will help professional advisors, development staff, business managers, and you learn how to manage estate plans in a tax advantageous manner. Boxed lunches will be provided. Learn more and register here by November 8. The event also offers continuing education credits for lawyers and financial planners.
