The Catholic Foundation is thrilled to bring #iGiveCatholic back to the Archdiocese of Atlanta for the 8th year! To register for your Catholic parish, school, nonprofit or ministry, go to atlanta.igivecatholic.org and click ‘Apply Now’.
This year, Giving Tuesday (and #iGiveCatholic) will be on December 3. The advanced giving phase will begin on Monday, November 18.
Why iGiveCatholic is an easy giving day:
- There is no cost to participate
- Sample emails that are ready to send, just add your organization’s information
- Easy to use platform that lets you share your organization’s mission and story of what you are fundraising for, with instructions on how to get set up
- Logos, social media posts and printable materials are made for you (in English and Spanish) to download and use
- And more!
What to do
- Register your parish, mission, school or nonprofit ministry by going to igivecatholic.org and clicking ‘Apply Now’. Registration instructions are available here.
- Update your profile page. Instructions are here. (You can copy over your profile from last year, but be sure to update with new goals and information. New pictures are also a great idea!)
- Ensure your organization’s banking information is up to date to receive donations by direct deposit (Step #6 in the instructions).
- Make a plan for promoting your participation in #iGiveCatholic to your community. Emails, social media posts, newsletters/bulletins and signs are all great ways to share what you are fundraising for. You can find ready to go marketing materials and resources here.
