Sister Janet Schaeffler, OP, a national authority on catechesis and adult faith formation, will be speaking at the Magnificat Meal for Women at Holy Cross Church in Atlanta on Saturday, May 18.
Sister Janet is a member of the Adrian, Michigan community of Dominican Sisters. She has been a speaker at several Archdiocese of Atlanta Catechist Conferences and adult formation events in the past and has authored 23 books and hundreds of articles on catechesis, adult faith formation and spirituality.
All women of the archdiocese are invited to enjoy prayer, breakfast and fellowship, and to hear our speaker’s testimony of the love of Christ in her life.
The event will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the social hall at Holy Cross, located at 3773 Chamblee Tucker Road, Atlanta.
