Leadership Roundtable is offering an online Catholic leadership program entitled Catholic Leadership 360. This program offers priests and lay leaders fresh insight into their effectiveness as leaders in the Church and provides a unique opportunity for growth in leadership using structured feedback from those with whom clergy and lay leaders regularly interact.
Leadership Roundtable partnered with the National Federation of Priests’ Councils and the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators to develop two assessment tools, one for clergy and one for lay leaders, available in both English and Spanish.
Participants can use the information from the program to create a personal development plan that aids in increased self-awareness, a deeper understanding of personal strengths and areas in which to grow, motivation to change specific leadership behaviors and a method for tracking personal development. A certified facilitator leads the development workshops.
The attached flyer details the program structure, how it works and the dates for each cohort. The fee is $1,890 per participant. Ongoing formation funds are available for this opportunity.
There are five cohorts – two begin in the spring, one of which is bilingual; one begins in the summer and two in the fall, one of which is bilingual.
