National Eucharistic Congress (NEC) – July 17-21, 2024

  • Download PDF Version available for use with email and print distribution.

To: Pastors, administrators and parochial vicars
From: Andy Lichtenwalner, director, Office of Evangelization & Discipleship

The National Eucharistic Congress will be taking place July 17-21, 2024, in Indianapolis, IN. An event like this has not happened in 83 years! The NEC will be a catalyst event for the mission year of the National Eucharistic Revival. We hope you will attend and encourage your parishioners to attend as well. As a reminder, you can use ongoing formation funds to subsidize your trip.

As a mission partner with the NEC, registrants from the Archdiocese of Atlanta receive a 20% discount on their registration fee, paying $299 for an adult general admission ticket, discounted from $375. More information can be found on the Atlanta page of the National Eucharistic Congress. There you will be able to see schedules, speakers and tracks offered, along with general promotional materials. For housing and travel information, see here.

We will be reaching out to your Eucharistic Revival Missionaries and Parish Point Persons to invite them to take advantage of a limited number of pre-purchased tickets we have at no cost to them.

If your parish gathers a group of 25 or more who want to go to the NEC, you may choose to work with Corporate Travel Services, the travel agency designated by the National Eucharistic Congress. Contact Rich Meyer at rmeyer@ctscentral.net or 313-816-8135 (x4369) for more information.

Thank you for your consideration. For further questions, please contact Elaine Phillips at ephillips@archatl.com. More archdiocesan promotional resources for the NEC will be available soon at archatl.com/revival.
