The memo that was sent out with the materials to advertise The Way Retreat in your parish/ministry last week was an old one from the last retreat, but THE MARKETING MATERIALS YOU RECEIVED IN THE MAIL ARE ALL CORRECT. However, the suggested bulletin announcement was not; please see below for the correct dates and location.
The Office of Child and Youth Protection, Victim Assistance Program, has scheduled a three-day retreat for adult female survivors of abuse September 22-24 at Carmel Retreat Center in Hoschton, Georgia. Registration deadline is Thursday, September 14.
Please review the details of the retreat on our webpage at https://archatl.com/ministries-services/victim-assistance/healing-opportunities/the-way-for-women/ and pass the information on to anyone you may know who could benefit from this program. Within the next few weeks, I will also be mailing you a few posters and a supply of brochures for use in your parish/ministry.
Many past participants of The Way for Women discovered the retreat from an announcement in their parish bulletin, thus I have included below for your consideration a parish bulletin/ministry newsletter announcement.
