To: Parish communicators and bulletin writers
From: Maureen Smith, director, Office of Communications

June 11 is the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi). As Archbishop Hartmayer said, “This archdiocese has a beautiful history of devotion to the Eucharist in our parishes and in our past Eucharistic Congresses.” We would love to share this sentiment with the whole community!

This year, in support of the Eucharistic Revival and in the absence of the Eucharistic Congress, we invite you to share with us your photos and videos of periods of adoration, Eucharistic processions, opportunities for Eucharistic devotion and other Corpus Christi celebrations. Please send your photos to communications@archatl.com, share them on social media using #EucharisticRevivalATL or tag us on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for a chance to be featured on our account and in The Georgia Bulletin.

We ask that if you use your phone to shoot photos or video, please turn it sideways (horizontally). It produces a larger and higher-quality image.

Thank you!
