Please find attached to this email a variety of graphic sizes as well as a TV slide, a word document with for text only use and Mass announcement for your parish bulletin or school newsletter. You do not need to publish both the text and graphic at the same time, rather we are giving you options to advertise GRACE Scholars depending on space in your bulletin or newsletter. The ad should go inside the bulletin, not on the back with the business ads.
Newsletter ads/text can run before the following weekend dates. Bulletin ads/text & Mass announcements should run during these suggested weekends:
October 29 & 30
November 5 & 6
November 12 & 13
December 3 & 4
If your parish or school has a TV monitor for announcements, the appeal graphic is suggested to run from October 29 – December 4.
