Greetings in Christ. Over 5,000 people have registered for the free virtual Eucharistic Revival Conference, Becoming Eucharistic People, coming soon on September 22-24, 2022. This conference is the fruit of a collaborative partnership of the Archdiocese of Atlanta with Virtual Catholic Conference and with Dr. Tim O’Malley of the McGrath Institute at Notre Dame. Dr. O’Malley is also a member of the national committee for the National Eucharistic Revival.
The conference is based on themes from Dr. O’Malley’s book Becoming Eucharistic People: The Hope and Promise of Parish Life, where he offers insights on renewing and building a Eucharistic culture in our parishes (as well as in our schools, homes, etc.). There will be presentations in both English and Spanish and four live Q/A sessions. Speakers include Dr. O’Malley, Dr. Hosffman Ospino, Katherine Angulo, and more.
Promotional material for social media and church bulletins is available here or at archatl.com/oednews under Event Info. Also, for those interested in ordering the book as a resource for small groups, discounts are available for bulk orders—learn more here.
Registration remains open. Please help us promote this conference as an excellent formation opportunity for the Eucharist Revival and share with your parish and school communities, colleagues, catechists, volunteers, families, and friends. Thank you for your continued prayers for the Revival!
