To: Pastors, priests and youth ministers
From: Office of Vocations
The Office of Vocations would like your help to promote vocations to the priesthood among Hispanic youth. As you know, the pastoral needs of the Hispanic community in our archdiocese are high and our Hispanic youth already possess valuable gifts to serve their Church: being fluent in two languages, being bi-cultural and especially being close to the Church.
In addition to the monthly first Saturday Mass of Discernment at the Borromeo House in Sandy Springs, we will have Masses at the following parishes with high Hispanic populations.
OUR LADY OF THE AMERICAS (contact priest: Fr. Carlos Ortega)
January 4, 2020
March 7, 2020
May 2, 2020
SAINT MARY’S in ROME (contact priest: Fr. Rafael Caballo)

SAINT MICHAEL/SAINT JOHN PAUL II MISSION in GAINESVILLE (contact: Fr. Gerardo Ceballos)

March 14 (JPII Mission), 2020

The program usually starts at 10 a.m. and includes Mass, conference and discussion. Light refreshments will be provided. Young, single men from 17–30 years of age are invited.
This is a pilot program so we welcome your suggestions to improve it in the future. Please encourage young men in your parish to participate.
We will be sending you flyers through the Pastoral Communiqué.
Please also mark your calendar for the Archdiocesean Youth Rally and encourage your youth group to attend. This event, for high-school age kids will be on Saturday, March 21, 2020, from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. at St. Oliver Plunkett Catholic Church.
