To: Parish, School and Ministry – Point Person for #iGiveCatholic
From: Maureen Cully, Manager of Marketing and Communications, Catholic Foundation of North Georgia
Welcome to #iGiveCatholic 2018 – a day dedicated to Catholic online giving on #GivingTuesday, November 27. We are thrilled to join 27 other archdioceses and dioceses from across the country to raise funds for the organizations that feed our souls – our parishes, schools and nonprofit ministries. We are looking forward to beginning the journey of gaining new and younger supporters with you, as well as helping you engage your current donors.
Registration
The first step to taking part in the giving day is to register! Since our archdiocese is partnering with #iGiveCatholic, your parish or school is automatically included in the giving day. Your organization’s designated point person should have received an email link on August 16 from GiveGab, the #iGiveCatholic website partner, to activate your profile page. In this role, the point person can add other administrators to your team once your profile is activated.
You have until October 31 (the close of registration) to activate your profile, but the sooner you activate and complete your profile the sooner you can promote your participation in the giving day.
- Questions about registration?
o If you have not received an email, please check your Junk or Spam folders for a message from GiveGab. If you still have not received an email, please click the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the website (igivecatholic.org) or email questions@igivecatholic.org.
o If you have technology-based questions, click on the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the website (or on your admin dashboard) for quick answers. You can also email questions@igivecatholic.org.
