I am pleased to announce that the Archdiocese of Atlanta is continuing to host the annual Mass for couples celebrating their 50th and 60th marriage anniversary.
The 50th and 60th Marriage Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 1, at noon, at Saint Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek, followed by a light reception. Bishop John Nhan Tran, will be the principal celebrant. The date change continues to reflect our effort to shift the event to occur during National Marriage Week, February 7-14 of every year. We hope to implement the change in 2024.
The RSVP link for anniversary couples is: http://tiny.cc/anniversarymass.
Included at the end of this letter is a parish bulletin announcement to publish in your spring bulletins and parish newsletters. Additionally, Archbishop Hartmayer invites you to concelebrate this special Mass. Your presence would be especially meaningful to the couples from your parish marking this milestone in their lives.
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance with this effort. For questions, please contact Daniel West at dwest@archatl.com. May God continue to bless you and the work you are doing every day for couples, families and all the people of God.
