The National Multifaith Initiative to End Mass Incarceration, with which the Archdiocese of Atlanta is partnered, is holding the second National Multifaith Ending Mass Incarceration Conference from January 11-13 here in Atlanta. Days one and three of the conference will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church, and day two will be at The Temple.
This conference is for clergy, faith and community leaders, organizers, families and persons impacted by incarceration to be equipped with practical tools to dismantle the systems and structures that undergird the industry of mass imprisonment. Speakers come from Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities, and include clergy and faith leaders, activists and community organizers.
Early bird registration (ending on November 1) is $149 for all three days. Visit https://www.multifaithemi.com for more information about the conference and to register.
