CRS Rice Bowl grants

To: All priests and deacons, parish/mission/school staff, social action ministry leaders, directors of Faith Formation, youth ministers, campus ministers
From: Jayna Hoffacker, Associate Director of Justice and Peace Ministries; Office of Live, Dignity and Justice

Parishes, schools and other organizations are invited to apply for CRS Rice Bowl grants, which are funded by the CRS Rice Bowl campaign conducted every Lent. These grants provide funding for projects and programs that educate about, raise awareness of and promote advocacy on food and hunger issues. Organizations may be awarded up to $500 annually.

While preference is given to those locations that participate in the Rice Bowl campaign, all are invited and encouraged to apply. There is no deadline to apply; these grants are awarded on a rolling basis.

The grant application is included with this memo and can also be found here: https://archatl.com/ministries-services/justice-and-peace-ministries/programs/catholic-relief-services/

For any questions on CRS Rice Bowl grants or Catholic Relief Services, contact Jayna Hoffacker, associate director of Justice and Peace Ministries, at jhoffacker@archatl.com or 404-920-7898.
