Priest Assistance Needed at Steubenville Atlanta Life Teen Youth Conference

Assistance is needed to offer Mass and the Sacrament of Reconciliation to thousands of teens at the Steubenville Atlanta Life Teen Youth Conference, which will take place on July 12-14, 2019 at the Gwinnett Civic Center in Duluth, Georgia.

Mass and the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered at various times throughout the weekend. The sacrifice of your time, even if only for an hour or two, provides a much needed sacrament for our youth.

For planning purposes, please refer to the following information:

Friday, July 12
Mass – 4:00 p.m.
Reconciliation – 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Saturday, July 13
Mass – 8:30 a.m.
Reconciliation – 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m.; 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.; 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Sunday, July 14
Mass – 11:00 a.m.
Reconciliation – 7:30 a.m.-8:30 a.m.

Registration is required and available online for all priests here. The deadline to register and complete the liability form is Friday, June 21, 2019. All priests from outside the Archdiocese of Atlanta need to submit a Letter of Good Standing by the same date to:

Office of the Chancellor
Archdiocese of Atlanta
2401 Lake Park Drive SE
Smyrna, GA 30080

We invite all priests to bring their green and violet stoles to help the teens experience Christ’s love and mercy in a deeper way!

If you need more information, please contact Deacon Gerry Kazin at gkazin@stbenedict.net or 770-841-4052.
