On Thursday, April 4, 2019, Pope Francis announced that Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory was appointed as the seventh Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Washington.
Although we are sad and will greatly miss Archbishop Gregory, we would like to honor his ministry in the Archdiocese of Atlanta with a special coverage issue.
We are asking clergy, men and women religious, parish and school staff, and all Atlanta Catholics to share special memories and photos with us to include in the special coverage issue on April 18.
Please send memories, photos and stories to editor@georgiabulletin.org. Please send digital or scanned pictures, including the names of people featured, year picture was taken and event if possible.
Any items submitted must be received by Wednesday, April 10. For questions, please contact us at 404-920-7430.
Thank you for helping us celebrate Archbishop Gregory as we continue to pray for him as he prepares to serve the people of Washington, D.C.
