From: Paula Gwynn Grant, Director, Office of Communications

We are excited to welcome the Sistine Chapel Choir, the Pope’s choir, for their much-anticipated U.S. National Tour! Atlanta is the first stop on their U.S. tour beginning at The Fox Theatre on July 3, 2018.

Serving as the Pope’s personal choir, the 1500-year old Sistine Chapel Choir is the oldest and most respected active choir in the world today. Through its liturgical music, the choir communicates a message of peace and closeness among all people.

This is the choir’s first performance ever in Atlanta and first U.S. National Tour. The Atlanta-based Georgia Boy Choir will open the evening with a special performance.
