The Archdiocese of Atlanta will celebrate the 13th annual Mass for couples celebrating their 50th and 60th marriage anniversary. This honored tradition is anticipated by jubilee couples each year. Families gather to rejoice with those whose marriages stand as a magnificent statement on fidelity and sacramental strength.
The 50th and 60th Marriage Anniversary Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory and held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Saint Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek. A reception will follow in the parish hall.
Included at the end of this memo is a parish bulletin announcement for the month of May. Additionally, Archbishop Gregory would like to invite pastors to concelebrate this special Mass. Your presence will be especially meaningful to the couples from your parish marking this milestone in their lives.
Thank you in advance for your kind assistance with this effort. May God continue to bless you and the work you are doing every day for couples, families and all the people of God.
